Since 1995, Kevin Wells has worked within the real estate and lending industry. Alongside his extensive experience and dedication to being “a student of the game”, his priority is to constantly improve a client’s financing experience. Kevin was named one of Scotsman’s Guide ranking: ‘Top 1% in Mortgage Originators by Volume’ in the United States of Over 550,000 Originators. When not helping customers achieve their home financing goals, Kevin loves to spend time with his wife, kids & grandchildren. He’s an avid traveler and San Diego State University football alumni & fan.
